Outgoing Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić today pointed out the traditionally friendly and close ties with Georgia and stated that Serbia is committed to improving bilateral cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
In a conversation with a delegation of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Parliament of Georgia, led by Committee Chairman Nikoloz Samkharadze, Đurić expressed his gratitude to Georgia for its consistency in respecting Serbia’s territorial integrity and sovereignty, while at the same time conveying that Serbia unequivocally supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia.
Đurić said that there is significant potential for strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the field of economy, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
