Đurić also said that Serbia is deeply committed to preserving peace and stability, both in the region and within its borders.
He pointed out that only through open dialogue and institutional cooperation can we strengthen unity and make decisions that are in the interest of all our citizens.
Assessing that the stability of Serbia is the basis for our further economic and social development, the Minister emphasised that violence and the violent takeover of institutions cannot be in the interest of Serbia and its citizens.
The Serbian Foreign Minister said that all those who are considering such scenarios should give them up.
He also pointed out to his interlocutors the latest attempts at institutional persecution of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija through secret indictments for participating in peaceful protests against Kurti's regime.
In a review of the most important topics on the regional and international level during the meeting, the need to respect the agreements reached and avoid unilateral moves that could jeopardise peace in the region was emphasised.
While noting that dialogue is the only sustainable way forward, the expectation was expressed that all actors would show responsibility and willingness to compromise.
Đurić stated that Serbia remains committed to constructive diplomacy and regional cooperation and that it will continue to work on strengthening ties with its partners, in order to build a safer and more prosperous future together.
The meeting was attended by representatives of France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States and the Delegation of the European Union to Serbia.
