Prime Minister Miloš Vučević hosted a farewell meeting with Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Serbia Rashid Hassanpor Baei, with whom he discussed the past cooperation and issues of interest for the relations of the two countries.
Vučević expressed his gratitude to the Ambassador for everything he did during his mandate in Belgrade and for strengthening Iranian-Serbian relations, wishing him much success in his future work.
The Prime Minister pointed out the importance of establishing peace and stability across all regions and resolving all outstanding issues through dialogue, while shifting the focus to the economy.
The Ambassador of Iran expressed his gratitude for the support he received during his mandate, pointing out that he will continue to contribute to the strengthening of mutual understanding and friendly relations, both of the two countries’ institutions and of the two peoples.
