“The Sretenje pledge is Karađorđe’s pledge – a symbol of our people’s freedom, justice and freedom-loving spirit. We will never allow anyone to threaten the legacy left to us by our illustrious ancestors. We will safeguard and defend our national interests and our people’s right to determine their own future.
We will work even harder for our one and only homeland, Serbia, for there is no greater duty or honour than that. Long live Serbia!” Vučević stated on his Instagram account.
