During the meeting with Minister Pirdeni, Žarić Kovačević presented the legislative framework whose implementation contributed to the introduction and functioning of the civil service system based on competences and merits, as well as the National Academy for Public Administration, the central institution for professional development of employees in the public administration of Serbia.
She also presented the digital concept of service provision and the Government at One Click campaign, which was launched after the introduction of modern electronic office operations at public administration institutions and the launch of the e-Registry Office service on the eGovernment Portal.
